  • Hammering a sleeve in?!?!? What are these guys, uneducated teenagers?

  • Not much of a builder but did he just use a perfectly good panel as a sheet for the old panel ?? i mean could he not us that for the fender.

  • 35:10 whenever u drill holes into the body (bare metal) shouldn't u put on some kind of rustprotection again? I mean however little of a problem it might become, with such a build you shouldn't skip the small perfectionist steps

  • Why? Turkeys should rest in peace.

  • да ребята,это зверь..и не каждый может его укротить.

  • fake ass

  • I’ve always been told to tighten the nut on the front rotor by hand because it needed a little play I’ve been doing wrong for 35 years I guess

    • You've been doing it correctly. The fella in the video was wrong and tightened the bearing much too tight. The factory service manual says to seat the bearing at 12 ft-lbs, spin rotor, then back off and tighten finger tight. If cotter pin cannot be installed, then further back off until the pin can be installed. Endplay should be .001-.005 inch I believe.

  • I love this show but damn 1:39:51 those tape lines are horrible

  • should've swap to HEI

  • Great job guys! wanna work on my 77 LWB c10 factory 454 7.4 BB? Ill ship to you and yall can do episode c10 front to back....no paint, wanna keep original on outside.

  • This has to be one of the smartest things Power Nation has done in years is to make a full build out of all the episode's. Can sit down with my boys and watch the whole thing back if want to see what it looked like to start with in different areas.

  • this is an art form.

  • )

  • that motor screams HELP , should not sound like that! just saying, they need to fix that!

  • when i was 18 (about 3 years ago) i bought an old 68 firebird. original color was olive green like that. everything essentially the same as the body for the comaro and firebird were almost identical. Found the firebird in minesota. relatively as rock solid as it gets for a car in the north. body panels were rock solid. only concern being floor pans. unfortunately i had to sell it. but god damnit was it a perfect car for restoring. i couldnt pass it up at the time and i never could get to fixing it after losing a pretty good job. wasnt my fault either :\. but yeah. i wish i coulda done this with that old beauty.

  • u should sell it for stock price... $4000.

  • That's the *best restoration vide I've *ever seen. Watched it from the first to the last minute. You guys are great!

  • Are you kidding, who would see a 2hour restoration video without skipping!!?!?!!

  • Garage show for Americans. Everything directed all words learned. No free speech, everything planned. Fixing/unscrew sounds added. Meh.. How we can get used to it?

  • @14:50 I still see a lot of rust around the patch that has been removed. I am not an expert so what I am saying might sound stupid. Is this the right thing to leave there? Or should one better remove the entire body panel to shave off all rust and give it a protective coat?

  • why this colour ???

  • Hell yeah love the restoration you guys did 🤩 bringing back a beast 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

  • Nice job folks

  • I had car some color but it was a 79 Camaro

  • I like these guys

  • What we have her, is a whole Lotta Holley. I never got a Holley to run. Rochester Quad for me. Why do I love stock? You can’t go by the book with a custom engine.

  • Thank you for saving this car close to stock. I might have gone with a lightweight aluminum block. Very cool. Love the color!

  • But it's all no use if you can't get a couple o' honeys to ride along with you . . .

  • baby diarrhea green?

  • I had a 70 that I bought new in 67. Completely restored it after I drove it to Hawaii. Great car.

  • tjis video is from 2020 but these guys look like overhaulin in 1997. i love it.

  • Nice only thing missing is the headrest

  • The black interior with the green would have looked awesome, not that cream color that looks wrong.

  • 40:52 nothing bets Plastigauge. Mics calibration can be off. Plastigauge never lies.

  • Watching this was a great build. I built an '85 T-bird that was pure h3ll. What was Ford thinking when they designed the water jacket? Watching this threw me back back to the early 2000's when I did the build. Unfortunately I didn't have some of the tools and stuff like vacuum schematics so it took a good half year to get it right. But I enjoyed watching the Limelight tear down and restoring minute by minute like I was there. I'm subscribed. Thanks!

  • I love that green, brings back memories. David James West, a Christian man

  • I love these restoration videos!! Please check out my 1940 Chevy Sedan Will it run video below!! selists.info/less/video/iKthraueqs1laJM.html

  • Teamwork makes the dream work

  • Man this brings back memories of My Teens in the 70’s early 80’s. We were ALL Motorheads. My Neighbor was a Cop during the week and Drag Racer on wknds. The wknds were filled with smelling rubber, from the Burnouts on the street, to the Chung Chung Chung of the Cam. These were ALL Street legal cars, with PA. Inspections. We bought Ex drag cars with blown motors for cheap. We had a 32 Ford truck, Chopped and Channeled with a 427, a 66 Chevy Biscayne with a 396, My 62 Chevy ll with 283 punched out to 301, SHAG NASTY, a 36 Chevy Coupe with a Blown 427, a Bug with a 327, and a Vega with a 427!! Bought from racing money and working. We didn’t care about matching Motors or Trans. Most important was that the Title and the Tags matched. There was nothing better than getting laid, smoking Pot, racing, and building a new Car. Every wknd We’d go down to Front Street in Philly and race for Cash or Titles. That My Cop Neighbor was a Grease Money too, We had the fastest cars and the best equipment. And if You blow a Motor, just go to the junkyard and get another one. Wow that was fun. Nice to see the Old Eisen, the Real Muscle cars getting their PROPS!! Living in Europe They crave the Army Cars, but here EVERYTHING is very Bureaucratic. What We drive on US roads, would NEVER be able here. Thanks for the Memories and great video.
